Mark R. Osherow
Partner

Mark R. Osherow is a Partner in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton offices. Mr. Osherow is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation. He has been practicing law for over 20 years with over 14 years of experience practicing in Florida. His experience includes a wide range of business litigation matters from inception through trial involving employment, real estate, construction, fraud and misrepresentation, securities, accounting and attorney malpractice, as well as corporate and partnership disputes and related contractual issues. Mr. Osherow concentrates in both the state and federal courts in business and securities litigation, bankruptcy litigation, employment litigation, products liability, medical negligence and other professional liability claims, insurance coverage and personal injury claims.

  

Mr. Osherow was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine in 2007 through 2009 as one of Florida’s top 5% of attorneys. Furthermore, Mr. Osherow was also recognized in November 2004 for service in the Report to Congress by The Trial Lawyers Care Pro Bono Project to Provide Legal Representation for Victims Before The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001 for which he represented three victim families as an attorney volunteer. Mr. Osherow also engages in numerous pro bono activities and work on behalf of charitable organizations.  He particularly enjoys working on behalf of the Justice Teaching project and working with students each year on Law Day.
