Albert L. Frevola, Jr. is a Partner in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Frevola’s primary areas of practice are telecommunications litigation, legal malpractice defense and commercial litigation.  He has significant trial experience in multi-week trials in Federal and State Courts involving a variety of commercial claims and corporate fiduciary duty cases.  Mr. Frevola has been named twice in the Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, the top 1.7% of attorneys in the state as nominated by their peers and has been recognized regularly as one of South Florida Legal Guide's "Top Lawyers."
