Adorno & Yoss was founded in 1986 by three attorneys and our dramatic growth is a direct result of our entrepreneurial spirit, utilizing state of the art technology and our uncompromising commitment to providing our clients the highest quality legal services in a prompt, efficient manner.

Our Achievements
Adorno & Yoss is ranked the 169th largest law firm in the United States, according to the AmLaw 250, published each year by the National Law Journal. In 2005, we received the National Supplier of the Year Award by the National Minority Corporate Council (NMSDC). The Firm is also the only law firm member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s (NMSDC) Corporate Plus group. Corporate Plus membership is limited to those certified minority enterprises that have shown a proven ability to deliver services on a national basis.

Additionally, Adorno & Yoss is a recipient of the Minority Corporate Council Association's 2007 and 2005 Thomas L. Sager Award. This honor is awarded to a law firm demonstrating an incessant commitment to improve the hiring, retention and promotion of minority attorneys.

The Firm’s CEO, Hank Adorno, is the winner of the 2005 Region VI “Hispanic Business Man of the Year”, by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Hispanic Magazine ranked Adorno & Yoss the 99th largest Hispanic-owned businesses in the country.

The Daily Business Review ranked Adorno & Yoss as the 5th highest-grossing law firm in South Florida, in the annual “Review 15” list. We are listed as a “Top Law Firm” in the 2006 South Florida Legal Guide. Additionally, several of the Firm’s attorneys are ranked among the “Top Lawyers in South Florida” and “Top Up & Comers in South Florida.” Also in Florida, 24 of our attorneys were awarded the prestigious “Florida Super Lawyers” title, by Law & Politics publication.
